The Satisfyer Yoni Power 2 is a three-piece pelvic floor training set crafted from smooth, medical-grade silicone. The kit includes graduated sizes and weights ranging from 22g to 73g, allowing you to increase the intensity of your training as your muscle control improves. Each piece features an oval, grooved design that provides subtle internal texture during use.
For added convenience and safety, each ball is equipped with an integrated retrieval loop. These weights are intended for short, daily sessions to help tone the pelvic floor. After each use, simply clean the silicone with mild soap and warm water, then ensure they are completely dry before storage.
Begin with the size and weight that feels most comfortable for you to hold in place. You can progress through the set as your pelvic floor control improves over time.
Clean them using warm water and a mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and ensure they are dried completely before putting them away.
If you are considering using these for postpartum training, surgery recovery, or if you experience pelvic pain, please consult your GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist first.
