The Satisfyer Yoni Power 2 is a three-piece set of kegel balls, crafted from medical-grade silicone to assist with pelvic floor muscle training. Each ball features a distinct size and weight, ranging from 22g to 73g, allowing for a structured, incremental approach to strengthening. The smooth, oval-shaped design includes integrated grooves for added texture, while a flexible retrieval loop ensures the balls can be removed safely and easily.
To begin, select the ball that feels most comfortable to hold in place, then transition to heavier options as you build strength and confidence. Hygiene is straightforward, as the silicone surface can be cleaned thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. If you are training following childbirth, surgery, or while managing pelvic pain, it is recommended to consult a GP or pelvic health physiotherapist before use.
Begin with the smallest, lightest ball (22g) to ensure it feels comfortable to keep in place, then move up through the sizes as your pelvic floor strength improves.
Wash them using warm water and a mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and ensure they are completely dry before you store them.
If you are using these weights due to pelvic pain, recent surgery, or childbirth, please check with your GP or a pelvic health physiotherapist before you start using them.
