The Je Joue Ami Kegals Balls in purple provide a three-step progressive training set designed to tone the pubococcygeus muscle. Constructed from smooth body-safe silicone, this system includes three distinct options ranging from a light single ball to a heavier double ball configuration. Internal weights shift during movement to provide a subtle sensation while you complete pelvic floor workouts.
Regular use helps improve bladder control and prepares the body for pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Users can begin with the lighter option and advance through the set at their own pace. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant prior to insertion, and aim for sessions lasting around twenty minutes two to three times a week.
Beginners or those out of practice should start with Ami 1, which is a large, soft, and lightweight single ball. Progress to Ami 2 and Ami 3 as your muscle strength improves.
It is recommended to wear them two to three times a week for about 20 minutes initially, then increase the frequency over time.
You should coat your Ami with generous amounts of water-based lubricant before beginning your exercise routine.
