The Satisfyer Strengthening Balls set provides a straightforward 3-piece progression system for pelvic floor conditioning. Each of the Ben Wa-style balls features a specific weight—61.9g, 82.1g, and 97.9g—allowing for a gradual increase in intensity as your muscle control improves. The units are finished in body-safe silicone, ensuring a smooth, hygienic surface for comfortable wear during short daily sessions of approximately 15 minutes.
A retrieval string is integrated into the design to assist with simple insertion and removal. The set is backed by a 15-year warranty from the manufacturer, reflecting its long-term utility. If you are using these following childbirth, please consult a medical professional first to ensure they are appropriate for your recovery stage. Maintenance is quick, requiring only a thorough wash with mild soap and water before air drying.
Start with the lightest ball (61.9g) during light activity. Only move to the heavier weights once the current size feels comfortable to wear.
The suggested routine is a daily session lasting approximately 15 minutes.
Wash the balls using warm water and mild soap or a dedicated sex toy cleaner. Ensure they are rinsed well and dried completely before storing.
If you have recently given birth, you should check with your doctor before starting any pelvic floor training with these weights.
