The Skins Care Deluxe set includes six graduated silicone weights ranging from 50g to 130g, providing a structured way to build pelvic floor strength. These Ben Wa style balls are designed for comfortable, discreet use, allowing you to gradually increase intensity as your muscle control improves over time.
Crafted from ultra-smooth, body-safe silicone, the balls are fully waterproof and simple to maintain. For best results, use a water-based lubricant during insertion. Sessions should be kept to around 15 minutes during light activity, with the focus on comfort and consistency rather than duration. Always clean with mild soap and warm water before and after each use to ensure proper hygiene.
Begin with the lightest 50g ball. Only move up to the next weight increment once the current one feels easy and comfortable during use.
Wash them thoroughly with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated sex toy cleaner. Ensure they are completely dry before storing them.
No, these are designed for use with water-based lubricant only to protect the integrity of the silicone material.
It is recommended to wear them for approximately 15 minutes during light activity.
